Writing
Turn your expertise into clear, useful content that answers customer questions and supports your SEO strategy.
01 / Who it’s for
Start with what your reader needs
We write English SEO content for businesses worldwide. You bring the product knowledge; we help turn it into useful pages and articles. Your quote sets out the writing, review and delivery responsibilities.
A service page helps buyers evaluate an offer. A guide helps them understand a problem or make a decision. A page update has a different goal again. Agree on that purpose before choosing a format or word count.
English SEO writing is part of our individual service range and the annual SEO plan. B2B companies are one application, not the only eligible customers. Specific formats, topics, subject review and publishing duties need to be confirmed. Do not assume that SEO writing includes advertising copy, email campaigns, design, public relations or distribution.
Illustrative fit: a company with reliable product material but no writing capacity may need production support. A company without an agreed offer or anyone able to approve technical claims needs to resolve those inputs first. A writer should not make the product decisions on its behalf.
02 / What the work produces
Know what you will receive
| Illustrative deliverable—not a client file | What it contains | What the scope must settle |
|---|---|---|
| Content brief | Reader task, page role, approved offer, essential questions and evidence. | Who researches the task and approves the brief? |
| English draft | A direct answer, useful structure, supported claims and an appropriate next step. | Which content types and factual review are included? |
| Source and review record | Sources for changing facts, unanswered questions and decisions made during review. | Who supplies business facts and approves corrections? |
| Page metadata and contextual links | Relevant title/description and link suggestions where requested. | Are these recommendations, implemented fields or both? |
| Publishing handoff | The approved final content and its delivery state. | Who formats, uploads, checks and publishes it? |
Your quote should make clear whether you receive a draft or a published page. It should also state whether metadata is supplied for your team to upload or entered on the website for you.

Give readers a useful answer
Useful writing has more than fluent sentences. The reader should be able to make the decision promised by the title. Check whether the page explains conditions, answers difficult questions and uses evidence where a claim depends on it.
Before and after demonstration: “We provide comprehensive maintenance solutions” names a category but leaves the buyer guessing. A useful brief would require the supported equipment, accepted project conditions, service limits and information needed for a quote. Those facts must come from the company; a writer cannot safely invent them.
Ask to see authorized relevant writing and, where available, the review process behind it. A clearly labeled demonstration can show how a draft is structured. A search-click result is not a writing sample and does not isolate the effect of a particular article. Use the writing-provider guide to assess samples.

Keep drafting, review and approval clear
| Demonstration state | Decision required | What happens next |
|---|---|---|
| Brief ready for review | Does the task match the intended reader and offer? | Approve the task or revise the brief before writing. |
| Draft needs factual review | Are the product facts, limits and business claims correct? | The authorized expert corrects or approves them. |
| Language and structure review | Can the intended reader understand and use the answer? | Resolve clarity and organization without changing approved facts silently. |
| Approved for handoff | Have outstanding factual and scope questions been resolved? | Deliver or publish only through the agreed approval route. |
| New requirement introduced | Is this a correction or a change in the original task? | Decide whether scope, research or scheduling needs revisiting. |
The table is a workflow demonstration, not a promise of particular staffing, review rounds or turnaround. A named company approver and usable source material are important dependencies. Confirm language expertise, subject knowledge and revision limits rather than assuming they are included.

Compare the work behind each article
Research, technical complexity, interviews, evidence checking, editing, images, formatting and uploading are different tasks. Two articles with the same word count may require very different inputs. Compare those responsibilities before comparing a per-word or per-article fee.
Standalone writing is quoted against the actual brief. The annual SEO plan is US$8,800 per year and includes several modules, with up to 300 English articles as one limit. Dividing that price by 300 does not produce a standalone writing rate. Additional languages, native review and other work outside the agreed English scope need separate consideration.
The content-writing cost guide explains pricing units and supplier examples. Those examples are not Stormy Increment quotes or a universal industry average.
06 / Useful next decisions
Explore the guides for your next decision
Start with the question you need to answer. These guides explain decisions and review tools; they do not add specialist products, platform support or contractual entitlements to the service scope.
Choose what to create
Decide the page’s job, whether existing content can be improved and how much work your team can support.
Prepare and review the draft
Use a brief and factual review before judging a piece by fluency alone.
Compare writing support
Compare the responsibilities, pricing unit and relevant samples behind a quote.

Tell us what your content needs to do
Share your website, the product or service to explain, the intended reader, the questions the page must answer and the material available. Identify who can approve facts and whether you need a draft, an update or a broader content scope.
For a useful first brief, include one representative page and one example of the missing answer. “We need an article about our industry” is a starting topic. “Procurement teams need to compare these three conditions before requesting a quote” is a clearer writing task.
Read the content brief guide or discuss your writing requirements. A free sample, paid trial, minimum order or recurring contract is not promised here; any such arrangement needs to be stated in the quote.
