How the year works
Build the foundation, then compound the gains.
SEO is not a one-time campaign. The work is sequenced so research, publishing, authority and data continuously inform the next step.
Research & website
We define the market, keyword priorities, site architecture and conversion paths.
Create & publish
We build priority pages and publish useful content around approved business information.
Optimize & earn signals
We strengthen internal structure, AI search clarity and off-site authority.
Measure & adjust
Monthly Google data guides updates, new topics and the next round of work.
Clear annual scope
Know what you’re buying before work begins.
The six modules are included in one annual plan. The agreement confirms the site requirements, target market, publishing workflow, link standards and reporting process.

Common questions
What to expect.
We keep the commercial terms simple and define the operational details in writing before kickoff.
Is the website included?
Yes. The plan includes a custom WordPress marketing website. The final page count and required features are confirmed in the project scope.
Are all 300 articles published at once?
No. Content is planned and released throughout the year. The schedule depends on research, approvals, priorities and available business information.
What does “up to 3,000 links” mean?
It is the annual delivery ceiling, not a promise that every project needs the maximum. We prioritize a natural profile, relevant placements and defined quality controls.
When should we expect results?
SEO progress varies by market and starting point. We report leading indicators and Google performance each month, but we do not guarantee rankings or inquiry volume.
Before you choose
Already have a website?
Review what can be reused before deciding what to rebuild.
The annual plan includes a WordPress marketing website. Before a new build is agreed, your existing website should be reviewed against the project requirements. A rebuild is not an automatic starting point, and not every platform or technical setup can be supported within the same scope.
Three possible scoping paths
- Retain and improve: assess whether the current site can support the agreed pages, content and inquiry journey.
- Adapt selected areas: identify which templates, content or customer paths need work while retaining usable assets.
- Plan a rebuild: define the new WordPress build and any content transfer, integrations and launch responsibilities before approval.
Platform compatibility, access, dependencies and any transfer work need review. Using an existing website does not imply an automatic discount; any change to the website scope and commercial terms must be confirmed in the proposal.
Bring these inputs to the review
- Your current website URL, platform and known limitations.
- Your priority products or services, target markets and languages.
- Approved product information, brand assets and the pages you want to retain.
- Business-critical inquiry forms or integrations, content owners and approval contacts.
- Available search-performance history, where access can be provided appropriately.
Agree on the first stage of work
The proposal should identify the initial website assessment, retain/adapt/rebuild recommendation, priority-page and keyword plan, content inputs and approval responsibilities. It should also state the agreed delivery sequence and reporting access. These are scoping and handoff items—not a fixed launch date or a guarantee of search results.
